Super Voter (75+)
Reliable turnout, primary participant. These are the first doors on every route.
A voter is the atomic unit of the platform. Each record carries identity, address (normalized and optionally geocoded), registration history, vote history by election, computed score, and tier.
Every voter gets a 0–100 score. Five weighted components:
| Component | Weight | Signal |
|---|---|---|
| Engagement | 40 | Voting frequency (0–6 elections, linear) |
| Recency | 20 | Years since registration (recent=100, old=25) |
| Primary participation | 15 | Primary ratio (50%+ = 100) |
| Party alignment | 15 | Target=100, Independent=50, Opposite=0 |
| Age demographics | 10 | 35–65 = 100, extremes = 50 |
Weights are configurable per organization — if your county weighs engagement differently, that’s a setting, not a custom build.
Scores bucket into tiers that drive map colors, route priority, and filtering.
Super Voter (75+)
Reliable turnout, primary participant. These are the first doors on every route.
Hot (60–74)
Strong engagement, worth a direct ask.
Warm (40–59)
Occasional voter, persuadable. Prime targets for repeat contact.
Cool (under 40)
Light or non-voter. Lower priority unless a specific universe requires them.
The county command center — tier counts and colors roll up from every voter’s score.
