Analyst

You’re an analyst. You read everything in aggregate — scores, predictions, heatmaps, coverage — and turn it into targeted universes. You can’t export individual PII or write to the roll; your output is insight and target sets, which coordinators turn into routes.

  1. Read the landscape. Start with the turnout and engagement heatmaps to see where the votes and the persuadables are.

  2. Find the leverage. Run the drop-off detector for lapsed-but-registered voters, and R-lean for alignment.

  3. Cut the universe. Combine signals — e.g. “likely R-ballot, low turnout” — in the voters view. See Predictions for the model semantics.

  4. Check coverage. Confirm the universe isn’t already covered by existing routes before handing it off.

  5. Hand off. Pass the target set to a coordinator to cut into turfs — or, for a mail buy, preview and price it in the Mail List Builder: tiered, household-deduplicated counts and per-piece cost, with no PII exported.

Street-level intelligence table ranking streets by engagement and turnout metrics

The street-level intel table is where analysts combine signals to cut a universe.

  • ✅ All analytics and aggregate views; read routes and rollups; preview and price a mail universe (tier counts + cost).
  • ❌ Export individual PII (including the mail-list CSV), build routes, or write to the roll.
