Admin

You’re an admin. Inside your organization you see everything, and you have exclusive access to the operational surfaces: data-change auditing, enrichment reconciliation, the 10DLC number pool, and organization settings. You’re the only role that can do these things.

Your reach stops at your organization’s boundary. There is no super-admin who sees every organization — one organization’s data is never visible from another, even to its admin. If you need to operate several counties, you hold a separate admin membership in each and switch between them; see Tenants and roles.

  • Data Changes — audit every roll import diff.
  • Enrichment reconcile — resolve ambiguous vendor matches.
  • 10DLC numbers — manage the SMS sending number pool.
  • Mail list export — you’re a bulk-export role, so you can export the mail-ready CSV, not just preview it. Every export is recorded in an audit log for Missouri’s voter-data rules (RSMo 115.158).
  • Settings — organization branding and theme.
  • Cross-organization visibility — read across organizations for support and coordination.

User management is admin-only; role and scope are visible here (email and name blurred for privacy).

  1. After a reimport, audit it. Open Data Changes to see what was added, changed, or went stale. The importer never deletes — retire stale voters deliberately.

  2. Reconcile enrichment. Clear the enrichment reconcile queue when a vendor file lands — watch for UUID registration IDs and placeholder phone values.

  3. Keep messaging legal. Confirm 10DLC numbers are registered before any real send goes out.

  4. Onboard an organization. Set branding in Settings, then hand day-to-day operation to its org manager.
